Feeding the Family

Since school has let out I feel as though my feet have been permanently planted in the kitchen. I attribute that to my effort to focus on feeding the family less processed food and turning my attention to more whole foods. It’s so much easier in the summer! The problem is that as soon as I’m done with cleaning up from breakfast it is time to make lunch, and then dinner. I relish the invitation to a barbecue or a “kids included” dinner party so that we parents can join forces and let the kids meld together into one big writhing mass of energy while we heavy hand the tequila.
